For one special occasion, we had to buy some Creme de Cocao for a special drink.  That was it… One.  Almost the whole bottle still sitting there.  So, as is usual, I approached the bar one day and just decided to see what seemed to go well together;  and this happened.

 

The vanilla in our beloved Rum, and the Creme de Cacao, along with some 43 to sweeten it up a touch… Heaven!!

 

The Swinky BBC (Big Bold Chocolate) is dark, dangerous, addictive, sweet, strong, and a little bit hot from the mole bitters.  A winter warmer for sure… but no need to wait for winter!!

• 1 oz creme de cacao
• A thimble 43
• Mole bitters
