Swinky 103: Intro to Beginner Bedroom Rope Play

Phoenix Phyre / Myrina

Swinky 103 is our beginner level rope play workshop. It is designed for beginners in rope play. That covers everything from “I am kinda curious” up to “We have done some tying up and stuff, but we really want to turn the volume up.” It begins with a discussion on safety, then goes through a few basic core knots, followed by some guided hands on lab time to encourage improvisation. Then we jump into some specific exercises to show you how to tie all of this together into a full rope scene. As with all SwinkyLife workshops, our goal is that you leave armed with lots of great information, and a sense of confidence to use that new information immediately, having gained that confidence in the hands on lab.
