This is our take on the traditional Dark and Stormy.  

 

While most of our drinks use Capt. Morgan Private Reserve Rum, this one needed something a bit more dark and dangerous, so we unleashed The Kraken.  The slight addition of sweet lime juice over just a squeeze of fresh lime keeps it from being too bright, and the nuttiness from the Skrewball and the Black Walnut bitters provides a solid base for the other flavors.

In a lowball glass, put…

• 2 oz Kraken Rum (your fave dark rum)
• 1 oz Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
• 1 shake walnut bitters
• 1 thimble Sweet Lime juice
• 3 oz BOLD Ginger Ale
• 3 oz Lime La Croix
